You can create event types according to the reality of your operation.

### transaction

Represents a financial transaction in the customer journey.

Common fields:

* transaction identifier;
* amount;
* currency;
* transaction status;
* customer or account identifier.

### user_authentication

Represents authentication attempts by users on digital channels.

Common fields:

* user identifier;
* authentication method;
* attempt result;
* IP address;
* device identifier.

### logistics_delivery_event

Represents operational milestones of delivery in logistics processes.

Common fields:

* shipment identifier;
* flow stage (pickup, in transit, delivered, returned);
* carrier;
* logistics center;
* milestone date and time.
