Analysis
The Analysis configuration defines the account’s default risk recommendation, applied when no rule runs during the transactional analysis.
Default ranges
| Risk score | Recommendation | Action |
|---|---|---|
| 0 to 69 | Allow (allow) | Process normally. |
| 70 to 89 | Challenge (challenge) | Apply additional verification or process with subsequent verification. |
| 90 to 100 | Deny (deny) | Reject automatically. |
The thresholds for each range can be adjusted under Settings > Analysis in the admin panel.
The corresponding recommendation (action) and score are returned in the API response, in the analyses.bot_behaviour field.
When this configuration is used
The default recommendation is applied in the following scenarios:
- No rule was specified in the API call.
- The specified rule does not exist or has no active published version.
- An error occurred while processing the rule.
