September 6, 2026 — Alert feedback, agents and item suggestions

You now rate every alert you receive, manage in a single place the agents connected to the account, which start reading metric values, and register the items of a list field from the values already received.

Alert feedback

You now rate each alert as 👍 Helpful or 👎 Not helpful, in the Slack notification or in the panel. Negative feedback requires a reason and accepts a comment. The record is individual, covers those who follow alerts on Slack without being platform users, and each reader sees only their own response. See Alerts.

Agents

The AI agents connected to the account now have an area of their own, with the client, the authorization date and the last activity of each connection, and immediate disconnection. The agent also reads a metric’s values over time, with the expected band and the alerts of the period, presented as a chart in compatible clients. See Agents.

Alerts

The alert list was unified and now has tabs by state: All, Open, Normalised, Expired and Disabled. The screen opens on Open, and the ordering keeps open alerts ahead of the rest.

Event types

When registering the items of a list field, you now receive as suggestions the values already received that have no corresponding item yet. See Fields.

Each tab of the event type presents its own number of Fields, Metrics, Rules and Analyses, and indicates how much of the quota is in use.

Rules

In the editor, each action collapses to its title, and a collapsed condition presents the expression and the number of actions it holds. With Collapse all and Expand all, you now go through a long rule as a list before opening it as a form.

Other improvements

  • Metrics: two metrics of the same event type now accept the same set of dimensions, a restriction that applied until this version. See Metrics.
  • Panel: the status is presented as text, at the same weight as the values beside it, and a filter with many values condenses the excess into +n, with the full list on hover.

Fixes

  • Monitors: a monitor over an open metric did not evaluate every segment and could never fire, particularly when it had no filter. A monitor in that situation works again with no configuration change. See Tracking alerts.
  • Alerts: a duration measure reached the alert pages and the notifications as a number of milliseconds (176,400,000), while the browser showed 2d 1h. The duration is now displayed the same way in both places.
  • Notifications: Slack messages were sent in Portuguese even on accounts configured in another language, and now follow the account’s language.
  • Analyses: a passive cell displayed a direction icon that never had any effect on it.
